Solid panels
Solid panels also for jointless façades
The recently developed jointless façade is composed of solid panels in grey concrete, and an in-situ external skin in a special decorative mix, reinforced with synthetic fabric. The thermal insulation is placed on site or at the precast factory.
Definition Solid panels are usually gray concrete wall elements without insulation layer.
Description Solid panels are mainly used in apartment buildings, houses, hotels and similar structures as boundary walls. Load-bearing solid panels are generally used in combination with hollow-core floors. Other applications are partition walls, stairwells and elevator shafts.
In depth Elematic technologies for solid panels include ELSA Lines, tilting tables, battery molds.
