Best Floors process
Description
Hollow-core slabs in the Elematic Best Floors process can be cast by extruder or slipformer. Elematic extruders have the key advantage that they are modular in construction with a minimum amount of wear and spare parts. This means that you can alter hollow-core slab width, height and length with just a few adjustments, while benefiting from less need for maintenance and smooth operations over the longer term. The casting and feeding units, too, are easy to customize - making for shorter delivery times and better profitability. Elematic extruders for hollow-core slabs with thickness up to 520 mm, lengths up to 24 m, with large selection of cross-sections and thicknesses. X-Tec extruders are of proven quality and especially suitable for a newcomer in the precast business, or for those who only need to produce hollow-core slabs with set cross sections.
When the casting machine is slipformer variety of precast elements: hollow-core slabs, hollow-core wall panels as well as a variety of beams including T-beams and even vineyard posts. It is possible, for ultimate flexibility, to have both extruders and slipformers in the same Best Floors factory.
