ELSA line process
Description
The key advantage of circulating lines is that molds no longer need to be left to dry before the next batch is started, providing a substantial increase in productivity. Elematic ELSA technology also allows you to change product specifications or start making new products with little effort, as well as complete more work phases at the factory before shipment.
Definition
ELSA lines go through the same process stages as in precast production in general, but have the advantage that it is the molds, and not the machinery and workers, that circulate through the line.
