Description

Elematic ELSA lines are excellent for a variety of products from façades, sandwich walls,solid walls and partition walls to infrastructure products (e.g. railway sleepers).  There is always an ELSA according to your need:

• ELSAFlex  for flexible production capacity, high volumes,veratile products 700 - 1400 m²/day.
• ELSALite, extremely suitable for small volumes, small factory space or a plain process of 250 - 500 m²/day.

Both ELSAFlex and ELSALite feature Circulating modules, which allow you to change product specifications or start making new products with little effort; a Curing module to achieve faster the best strength and hardness of the concrete; and FaMe to shape percast products to your customer's specifications. ELSAFlex also includes the Crossing module for ultimate flexibility. ELSA is part of the Elematic Best Walls Technology.

ELSA Lines, also known as circulating lines and central transfer wagon lines, refer to the type of process in which precast table molds are mounted on tracks and circulate through the precasting process, after which the molds are returned for a new cycle.
