Definition LoopMaster is a machine that installs lifting loops into fresh prestressed hollow-core slabs.

Description Elematic LoopMaster EL650 belongs to the Supporting Equipments of a hollow-core slab production line. The LoopMaster runs directly after the hollow-core casting machine, which can be either an extruder or a slipformer.The LoopMaster installs lifting loops around the strands to ensure safe lifting of the slab. Slab thickenss and local standards define the form and size of the loops. The LoopMaster is a semiautomatic machine. In stage one it opens up the concrete surface, then gets the loop and installs it, and finally gets a tool to compact the concrete tightly around the loop. The openings left are filled at construction site when the surface/leveling coating is poured.
