Definition The battery mold process can be either fixed with stationary battery molds, or circulating with the molds rotating through the process. The whole process, from casting to opening, cleaning and moving finished elements is highly productive and space efficient.

Description The rigid structure of Elematic battery molds ensures the quality and smoothness of the final product. In addition, internal vibrators inside the molds ensure safety from damage and dirt, built-in heating tubes guarantee an evenly spread curing, while the fact that molds are stripped in vertical position allow for easier after handling. These and many other features, such as a lifespan in excess of 30 years, ensure that Elematic battery molds make for a highly profitable operation. Elematic has developed a safe molding system with FaMe now also for battery molds.
