Elematic recycling for a cleaner future

Definition The Elematic Recycling System collects process slurry, excess concrete and wastewater for recycling purposes.

Description The Elematic Recycling System consists of channels conveying slurry and excess concrete from the factory floors and bed aisles to a recycling center, and also includes a method for collecting wastewater from washing and sawing and other phases. The Recycling System is based on sedimentation that separates the rock material from the water. The water can be reused as process water in the factory, while the rock material is easily transported outside the plant, e.g. for soil enrichment purposes.
