Definition Elematic pile casting machines are used for the production of reinforced concrete piles.

Description The machines move on four wheels on edge rails of special construction molds, and consist of a bridge type steel frame on which the casting wagon moves. Concrete is poured pre-compacted from the bucket to the casting wagon, and several piles can be cast with one casting cycle. Dosing is precisely controlled and clean. The casting wagon is equipped with poker vibrators to assure proper filling of the mold and the leveling beam for smoothening the cast surface.
