Definition The Elematic Comcaster is a casting machine for situations requiring exceptional casting accuracy.

Description The distinguishing feature of the Comcaster is that concrete is poured pre-compacted from the bucket, making for environmentally friendly operations with less vibration and noise in actual production.  The Comcaster allows for lower water-cement ratios and can cast stiffer grades of concrete than conventional casting machines. In addition, vibration at the upper end of the machine's vibrator is kept as low as possible to prevent separation of concrete, and dosing is precisely controlled and clean, which makes it easy to give cast components a smooth finish.
